We invest in companies targeting to disrupt large markets (R$1Bi+) or that could quickly create new markets with that much potential. They have a sustainable unfair competitive advantage, usually based on technology or business model innovation. They are laser focused and their products or services solve a major pain point for their customers. The typical round ranges from R$500k to R$5m in Seed or Series A, with additional funds reserved for follow-on rounds.

We focus on Internet and Education, industries suitable for scalable and knowledge intensive business models. Major discontinuities and structural changes are creating the conditions for new high-growth large markets and opportunities in these spaces.
